How to Use
- 1
Choose your plan at reception and receive your loungewear and towel.

Change in the locker room. First, rinse off your body.

Warm up thoroughly in the wood-fired sauna for 8–12 minutes.

Cool down sharply in the cold bath for 30 seconds to 1 minute, with Unazawa's natural water.

Rest in the open air of the forest for 5–10 minutes, surrendering to the wind.
- 6
Repeat this cycle 2–3 times, then relax in the rest space.
What to Bring
- Swimwear or clothing that can get wet (dress code announced at opening)
- A change of clothes (loungewear & towel are included)
- A drink to stay hydrated (also sold on site)

Before You Visit
- Please rinse off your body before bathing.
- Please keep quiet in the sauna and cold bath.
